A new women’s Bible Study will be starting Wednesday, June 3rd. It will start at 9:30 a.m. at the Wesleyan Church. Everyone is invited. We will be studying, “Believing God” by Beth Moore. If you would like a book ordered for you contact either Megan Pearce at 891-3551 or Lois Ball at 852-4791. We will be ordering the books 2 weeks in advanced.

The Sharon Springs Township Board will not be mowing the cemetery May 23 to June 8, so your decoration will not be mowed by us. After June 8 anything left at the cemetery will be disposed of.

The public is invited to a reception honoring Rev. Paul and Cora Lee McNall immediately following the 8 a.m. CDT Church Service on June 7, 2009, in the basement of the St. Francis Chapel in Russell Springs, Kansas. It is being hosted by the Butterfield Trail Association in recognition of the McNall’s 60th Wedding Anniversary and as a Thank You for the many years of holding the church service for our Trail Ride and Old Settler’s Day.
